Pricing questions
Do I need an account for the free read?
Your first free experience can start without an account. An email Magic Link is used to claim paid reports, restore access across devices, and manage a subscription.
What happens to paid recordings?
Paid reports and their original audio stay in your private account until you delete the audio, report, or account. You may delete only the original audio and keep the written report.
Does Ultra make the result scientifically accurate?
No. Ultra processes longer recordings and supports a richer timeline. No plan proves truth or deception, and no plan displays a calibrated accuracy percentage.
Can unused reports roll into the next month?
No. Pro and Ultra allowances reset each subscription month and do not roll over.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel future renewal through your account billing portal. See the refund policy for details.
