These Terms are between you and Wu Pengwei, with a registered address at Siming, Xiamen, Fujian, China (“LieTone AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for access to your email account, Magic Links, and activity under your LieTone AI account. Provide accurate purchase and account information and notify us if you believe access has been compromised.
2. What the service provides
LieTone AI processes audio, spoken language, speaker timing, acoustic patterns, and optional context to provide a directional Quick Read or a more detailed Deep Read. A result may say “Leans truthful” or “Leans deceptive” and show signal strength.
Results are generated observations, not a statement of fact, verified evidence, a probability of truth, a diagnosis, or a judgment of character or intent. No plan promises a particular accuracy level.
3. Your audio and required permission
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transcribe, analyze, display, and store that content for the service you request.
You represent that you own the audio or have all permissions, notices, and consents required to record, possess, upload, and process it. You must not upload content in violation of recording, wiretapping, privacy, intellectual property, or other laws.
4. Prohibited and high-risk uses
You may not use LieTone AI to:
- make or support decisions in law enforcement, courts, immigration, employment, housing, credit, insurance, medical care, education discipline, or other high-impact settings;
- harass, threaten, stalk, secretly surveil, exploit, or publicly accuse another person;
- diagnose mental or physical health, assign personality traits, or claim to establish intent or guilt;
- upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or non-consensual content;
- bypass usage limits, share paid access commercially, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with security and availability.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
A Single Deep Read is a one-time purchase for one report. Pro and Ultra are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually, as shown at checkout. Subscription report allowances reset each subscription month, do not roll over, and are not issued for the full year in advance on an annual plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Prices, taxes, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

6. Retention and deletion
Paid reports and original audio are kept privately in your account until you delete the audio, report, or account. You may delete the original audio while retaining the written report. Deletion may take a limited period to propagate through backups where legally and technically necessary.
7. Service changes and availability
AI output and availability may vary with audio quality, language, length, speakers, noise, and third-party services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce limits; reject unusable audio; or restrict access needed to protect users and the service.
8. Intellectual property
LieTone AI, its software, design, brand, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you follow them. They do not transfer ownership of our technology or brand.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that a result is accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or able to establish whether a person is truthful or deceptive. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use a result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LieTone AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on a result, loss of data, unauthorized recordings, or interrupted access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The approved forum for disputes is the courts with competent jurisdiction in Xiamen, Fujian, China, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live.
